Job Ready Program (JRP)

The Job Ready Program (JRP) is a practical skills assessment pathway through Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) for eligible international graduates in selected trade occupations. It allows participants to demonstrate their trade skills and workplace competency through supervised employment and workplace assessments in Australia.

The 4 Stages of JRP

1. Provisional Skills Assessment (PSA)
The first stage assesses your Australian qualification and eligibility to enter the Job Ready Program. We assist with understanding the requirements and preparing the necessary documents.

2. Job Ready Employment (JRE)
You undertake eligible employment in your nominated trade under the required workplace conditions. We provide guidance on employment requirements, evidence, and maintaining the necessary records.

3. Job Ready Workplace Assessment (JRPRE)
TRA assesses your practical skills and competency in the workplace. We help you understand the assessment process and prepare for the workplace assessment requirements.

4. Job Ready Final Assessment (JRFA)
Once the required program requirements are successfully completed, TRA conducts the final assessment. We assist you in understanding the outcome and planning your next migration step.
